Should such activity be discovered, any related account(s) will be immediately closed and all bonuses/winnings will be forfeit. Only the original deposit may be refunded and only to the initial source of the deposit.

The Player can play without wagering if he/she wishes. Playing a game is entirely up to the Player, and the Player agrees to undertake any risk at his/her own discretion. Any remaining balance on the Player's account will be credited to his/her credit card and/or sent to the Player by cheque.     I. More than one active account at the Casino;

    IV. Incorrect/false registration information;
    V. An age of under 18 years;

    VIII. Playing at the Casino for reasons other than that of entertainment, or participation in a professional capacity or in association with another player from another club or group or part thereof.
    IX. Deliberate chargebacks of any monies deposited on the Player’s credit card or in Player’s account at the Casino;
    X. Evidence of cheating or instigation of a system (including, but not limited to, machines, computers, software, and any other form of automation) to proliferate cheating methods that have been created deliberately in order that the Casino lose revenue due to this operation.
    
11. The Player agrees to partake in any promotional or advertising events upon acceptance of any prize and/or winnings accrued from Silver Bets Casino and thereby endorses the use of the Player’s name for the aforementioned practice without any compensation or payment due the Player, unless in violation of any legal ruling that my apply.
    
12. In the event of a complaint or dispute with the Casino, complaint must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the event. If the complaint is received after this time, the Casino reserves the right not to address the matter.
    
13. Should there be a discrepancy in the result displayed on the Player's Casino software and with the Casino and/or its software, the result will stand only on the Casino server software.
    
14. Player accepts sole responsibility for taxes on prizes and winnings.

16. Should a player abstain from the Casino for a period of six months or more, the Casino will be entitled to any balance in the Player’s account and the sum will be forfeited by the Player. The Casino may waive this rule on a case-by-case basis.
    
17. The Player's account name is not transferable or changeable, and the Player agrees to make all necessary effort to keep his/her account name and password private at all times. The Player is the sole entity permitted to participate in any activities within the Casino and the Player is entitled to collect winnings and prizes into his/her account only.
    
18. The Casino is under no obligation to store user names or passwords.
    
19. Silver Bets Casino is not responsible for the functionality of the internet. The Player accepts that cases of malfunction are his/hers and that of his/her system provider (ISP).
    
20. If a player attempts to defraud or cheat the Casino by providing false information or maligns the casino with libelous statements in any way, Silver Bets Casino will pursue the perpetrator to the full extent of law enforcement and its agencies in order to safeguard its reputation. The Casino will instigate any legal suits for damages against any such player and will prosecute accordingly.
    
21. The Player shall hold the Casino, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, media partners, agents and retailers risk-free and shall fully underwrite the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages that may result due to the Player's entry, use, or reuse of the Website; the Player's use of any materials at the Website; the Player's entry, use, or reuse of the Casino's server; the Player's activity in the Casino and with its games; or the Player's acceptance of any winnings and/or prizes.
    
22. The Player further indisputably agrees to indemnify the Casino, its employees, officers, directors, and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against the Player arising from any and all action within the Casino and/or with any of its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations. This occurrence shall include, but not be limited to, any legal implication that might arise as a result of the criminalization of online/Internet wagering within the Player’s jurisdiction, territory or country.
    
23. Silver Bets Casino is the trade name of the Casino, and the Player has no rights to use or employ such a term, or any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies of the Casino or the Website.
    
24. Any interference with, mutilation of, forgery of, or damage to Casino game materials and/or Casino games will result in that game declared void and unusable. Material liability of the Casino games that contains any error is limited to a replacement of the same material.
    
25. Articles or products submitted for prize claims are deemed property of the Casino and will not be returned. The Casino does not take any responsibility for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due mail, requests, prize claims and/or entries.

We reserve the sole right to with hold winnings from players who are suspected of using any and all forms of fraudulent activity.
    
30. The Player is only allowed to withdraw a maximum of $10,000 per month. If the amount in the Player’s account requested for withdrawal is greater than $10,000, the remaining amount will be retained in the player's account. This also applies to withdrawals on progressive jackpots. Withdrawal depends on the Player meeting all conditions as outlined above and verification of all required documents as requested.
    
31. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal,if the bonus is wagered on restricted games.

Final and exclusive agreement

The Terms and Conditions outlined define a final and exclusive understanding and agreement between you (“the Player”) and Silver Bets Casino (“the Casino”) and complete all previous agreements, representations and understandings between you and Silver Bets Casino with regards to your participation in the Casino.

It is the prerogative of Silver Bets Casino to amend, change, or alter these Terms and Conditions or any related procedures at any time without notice to you.
